Nearly 30 years ago, Clark Turner founded award-winning Clark Turner Signature Homes, which today is recognized as one of the area’s outstanding developers and home builders. He has a passion for European architecture which is immediately evident in the design details of his homes.

A native of Havre de Grace, Maryland, Clark built his first house in nearby Aberdeen, Maryland. He quickly grew from building individual houses to building townhouses, and then to entire subdivisions, as well as expanding to commercial building.

Clark has long been a leader in his community and in the home building industry. He is the only builder to have twice been named Homebuilder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Maryland. His long-standing and generous philanthropic endeavors touch nearly every community in need.

A graduate of Harford Community College, he is a lifelong resident of Havre de Grace, Maryland. Like Clark, Will is active in the home building industry, including the Home Builders Association of Maryland and the National Association of Home Builders.

Earlier this year, Will established a non-profit organization, Winds in Leadership, as a way to give back to his community.  An outgrowth of Will’s participation in the Harford Leadership Academy, Winds in Leadership is currently raising funds to refurbish the Martha Lewis, one of the last remaining skipjacks on the Chesapeake Bay.
